Breaking / Schooling Bookings
We are now fully booked up for breaking & schooling till February 2015. We have spaces available from March onwards and are taking bookings now. Places fill up quickly, especially in spring, so pleased book early to avoid disappointment.
We specialize in ponies from 12hh up to 15hh maximum. We are happy to break ponies from scratch, brush up on areas of schooling, teach to jump and both show & sales preparation.
We capture the whole process with videos and pictures to keep owners updated on their progress. We provide facebook albums for people who wish to follow us.
Please visit our testimonial page for peace of mind.

Peapod as he is known was broken by myself last year and schooled on prior to sale. He has come back for several weeks to brush up on some schooling as well as getting him out on the show circuit. He is progressing really well and was perfect at his first show.
Rupert
Rupert is here for breaking and as he has progressed so quickly will be going home a week early!
Scout
Scout has come for breaking and although when he arrived he was a bit of a speed machine, he has learnt to slow everything down and is a pleasure to work with
Hillgarth Vintage Crystal
This real stunning girl is now fully broken and available for sale
Windmill Eclipse
Shamrock is now broken and established in all 3 paces, ready to school on. He is a super stamp of the breed and will be a fantastic competition pony. He is now available for sale
***Hiilgarth Vintage Crystal-NOW REDUCED***
The stunning Hilgarth Vintage Crystal has now been reduced in price to make way for new ponies.
She is fully broken, working nicely in the arena and on open spaces and has been out hacking in both but up areas and in woodland. She is a very straightforward pony to ride. She goes nicely forward off the leg and has a nice soft mouth with excellent brakes! She does not fizz up and goes in any order. She is still green in her work but has all the basics there and will make a super summer project to school on. Now reduced to £2400
New Arrival, Connemara Gelding
Just arrived stunning Irish Connemara gelding. Shamrock is a fully registered ICPS standing at 14.2hh and 3yrs old. He is well put together, has a beautiful head and a good amount of bone. He has no lumps or bumps and will be a real head turner in the ring with his striking dapples and silver tail. He has good workman like paces and moves straight. He is a brave youngster and I’m sure he will be a pleasure to work with. He is currently unbroken, but will start his education after his initial settling in period. A deposit will secure until after breaking. Connemara’s of this quality do not come on the market very often. He is county standard and a showing home would be preferred.

This super palomino mare is a registered welsh D standing at 14hh. She is currently croup high and should mature around 14.2hh. She has just turned 3 years and has quite a bit of maturing to do. She has big expressive paces and is a straight mover. She has a sweet temperament and although still getting to know us, she comes to call and loves a fuss.

*First Show Of The Season*
We finally got a couple of ponies out to our first show of the season over the bank holiday weekend. We took Craigcoch Tegan and Penboeth Texas. both ponies were very well behaved and although a very busy show with big classes our ponies came home in the ribbons.
The very cute combination of Reece Dawson my youngest son, and Penboeth Texas did their first ever show together and did fantastic! They came away with a 3rd and 4th in the two lead rein classes and a 6th place in hand. i am so very proud of them both.
Craigcoch Tegan was very well behaved in the ridden classes. She went round sensibly with the other ponies and stood in line patiently waiting to do her individual show. She was placed 6th in the ridden M&M’s out of 9. I know we need further schooling in canter, but I was very pleased with her behavior, and it is all experience for her being out in the competition environment.
